Ms. Stack has over 20 years of professional experience in project management, language and culture education, educational leadership, and training. She has significant experience in building and managing military language education programs. Since co-founding Chi-Chack in 2007, she has overseen the company’s growth from startup to established government contractor offering an array of professional services to a diverse client base. Ms. Stack holds Master’s Degrees in Business Administration as well as Distance Education and E-Learning from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also holds an Engineering degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, Germany. Ms. Stack speaks four languages and is proudly married to a US Army Veteran.
Our Leadership Team
Ms. Olson joined Chi-Chack in 2019 and provides leadership for company operational initiatives and business development. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education administration as well as a background in law, real estate, and economic development. She is also a certified coach and proficient in German. Ms. Olson obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law. When not at work, Ms. Olson can be found traveling the globe or reading a good book.
Mr. Grunow has supported government defense contractors with business development and operational expertise since 2012. Mr. Grunow retired from the Army after a 23-year career including various command and staff positions culminating in a 12-month tour as the senior adviser to an Iraqi Army armored brigade. During his career, Mr. Grunow served in light infantry units, taught American Politics at West Point, and served in the Army Office of Congressional Liaison. Mr. Grunow published articles related to Operation Iraqi Freedom in Military Review (July-August 2006) and Army Magazine (April 2007). He holds a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy and a Master’s in Public Administration from Cornell University. Mr. Grunow is married with two daughters and three grandchildren and has lived in the Richmond, VA area since 2003.
Ms. Castillo serves as the Director of Language Programs leading language teams in delivering highly specialized instruction and developing customized curriculum to support the needs of clients and students. With more than 13 years of experience in this role, Ms. Castillo uses knowledge of best practices for language acquisition and retention to support program development and execution. Ms. Castillo holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree. Outside of managing multiple language programs, Ms. Castillo enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets.
With more than 16 years of Human Resources experience supporting large and small government contractors, Ms. Reaume manages human resources efforts to maximize support for employees, supervisors, and management. Ms. Reaume’s experience includes recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, and employee development. Focused on providing exceptional service to employees and customers, Ms. Reaume strives to assist whenever needed. When not working, Ms. Reaume enjoys spending time at the beach or the pool with family and friends.
With Chi-Chack since 2017, Ms. Bayer manages the company’s federal proposal development efforts by bringing strengths in administration, human resources, and contract management. Ms. Bayer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics with minors in French and English. When she is not at the office, Ms. Bayer can be found enjoying time with friends and family, perusing a bookstore, or hanging out with her dog, Scout.
Mr. Stack is a disabled Army veteran with more than 26 years of service in information operations, security, military intelligence, and ordnance and combat engineering. His overseas military service was conducted in Germany, Uzbekistan, Iraq, and Africa. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Most recently, Mr. Stack earned his Emergency Medical Technician Certification. Mr. Stack is proficient in German as well as basic Spanish.
Ms. Clark has served as a Business Operations Assistant since 2021 and supports Human Resources, Information Technology, and Accounting. She is proficient with multiple systems and uses her creativity to design social media posts as well as to create other company-wide communications such as the company newsletter. Ms. Clark has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. During her free time, she takes a great interest in reading about history and true crime.
