Special Projects
Process Documentation Specialist – Temporary
Temporary up to 90 days; may be extended to a maximum of 180 days.
Up to 15 hours per week.
This position will work on the development and documentation of policies and procedures for operational activities as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review internal documentation related to functional areas and operational procedures
- Interview team members and/or conduct research regarding best practices to identify opportunities for policy and procedure enhancements
- Develop documentation format along with naming and file conventions
- Update and/or write policies and standard operating procedures
- Populate company Sharepoint site with applicable policies, procedures, and/or forms for ease of access and use
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
-
- Knowledge of Chi-Chack programs and operations
- Knowledge of business operations including accounting, payroll, human resources
- Understanding of compliance and documentation principles; familiarity quality management principles and ISO certifications is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint
Employee Training Materials Developer – Temporary
Project hours will be assigned based on the training materials being developed.
In coordination with Human Resources and PMs, this position develops employee training materials for employee onboarding and compliance purposes as assigned. Topics may include harassment/discrimination, travel, timekeeping, workplace safety and security, ethics in government contracting, insider threat detection, and cybersecurity.
Note to applicants: Applicant should specify topical areas in which they have past experience developing training materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create training materials based on required topic
- Research topics and acquire necessary materials to design training
- Create assessments for training where appropriate
- Build training modules in Absorb LMS
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, minimum ILR 3 in English

Content Writer – Temporary
Project hours will be assigned based on the content being written.
This position will work in concert with the Business Development to write content as assigned describing the company’s training and instructional development/delivery process in general as well as for foreign language and culture education.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify key elements of instructional development and delivery, including curriculum design and student support services
- Write content to professional standards using expert knowledge of grammar and punctuation (may also develop graphs and charts) based on specific questions and/or target areas
- Conduct interviews with existing staff and/or conduct research to capture timely, accurate information
- Collect performance data points for instructional activities to be used as proof points in proposal development
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

- Expert knowledge of instructional design and delivery using a variety of modalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines

- Knowledge of the proposal development process preferred
Office 365 Administrator and Technical Support – Temporary
Temporary up to 90 days; may be extended to a maximum of 180 days.
5-8 hours per week.
This position will work in concert with the HQ Team and Executech (outsourced IT provider) to provide support to employees in areas of Office365 account administration and other related technical support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assign new Office365 licenses
- Work in concert with Human Resources to provide new users initial tech support and/or arrange for the provision of equipment and to off-board terminated users
- Enable/disable Office365 licenses
- Reset user passwords, manage user access
- Help users set up and access email, Teams or other Office365 software
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate to Executech, if required
- Manage Absorb users
